Linda Bankston

Linda brings over 20 years of experience from the corporate world to the ATC team. Linda holds a BS in Marketing from Indiana University, and excelled in a variety of progressive positions at LexisNexis before joining the ATC team. Positions in marketing, sales, pricing, and operations have all attributed to Linda's unique ability to problem solve around many different scenarios. Her experience working on large project teams and observing teams in the corporate environment as well as mentoring team members, makes her a key player on the ATC team.

Linda's personal team training experience led her to excel by learning to "give them the chips". Working for a large company with a heavy work-load, it is sometimes all you can do to just get the reports done. But after experiencing team training, Linda learned that giving more high-level overview of the report was just what management needed. The phrase "give them the chips" was the analogy used to give management more than just the sandwich they ordered. Linda believes that self-awareness is a key to becoming a better person (professionally and personally).

Linda is also a member of the Naples North Rotary club. In addition, she has co-chaired a local event Project Graduation which is an event for Collier County seniors to celebrate their graduation night in a safe environment free from drugs and alcohol. Participating in community events is important to Linda. Linda's passion for learning and working with people to make a difference in their lives professionally and personally fits with the ATC values and mission.
